Disadvantages
- Can take 5mins or so for incoming email to arrive. This delay is random. It is the interval that GMail checks your cPanel POP email account. GMail decides when to check, depending on historically when you get emails. So busy emails accounts are supposed to get checked more often. It is not a setting we have control over.
You will need
- a registered domainname
- a cPanel account settup with the domain name
- a GMail account
- Outlook new (2025)
